Job summary

adm Indicia is seeking a Technology Solutions Director to lead client engagement, success, and solution design for our technology platform. You will partner with clients, internal teams, and technology to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with development teams, client services, and regional stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize platform adoption, and deliver efficient technology initiatives across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Solutions, Service Management, Customer Success Management, or a related client-facing technology role.
• Strong consultative experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships across complex organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of client account teams, providing technology expertise and leadership throughout solution design and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by understanding business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
• Lead technology discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and client meetings to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Deliver technology demonstrations to internal teams, client stakeholders, and prospective clients during new business opportunities.
• Mentor and manage members of the Technology Solutions team to ensure high-quality client-facing technology support.
