Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to direct daily carpet cleaning and water restoration operations. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes, with responsibility for scheduling, client communication, and project oversight.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in water restoration and carpet cleaning, IICRC certifications, and strong leadership skills to drive revenue growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water restoration and carpet cleaning operations.
• IICRC certifications in water restoration and carpet cleaning specialties are preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Proficiency with industry software such as Xactimate, MICA/Mitigate, CRM systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of carpet cleaning and water restoration departments, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and safety compliance.
• Schedule and manage teams; provide on-site support for larger projects as needed.
• Write estimates for water, fire, and mold damage projects and commercial cleaning jobs.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to IICRC standards and company procedures.
• Train and mentor staff on techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.
