Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of water restoration and carpet cleaning operations.
• IICRC certifications with WRT/CCT/AMRT preferred.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of carpet cleaning and water restoration teams.
• Schedule and manage field crews to meet timelines and budgets.
• Perform quality control to ensure IICRC standards.
• Provide hands-on field support for carpet cleaning when needed.
• Train and mentor staff on safety and equipment use.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure satisfaction.
• Track KPIs and drive revenue growth.
