Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead daily carpet cleaning and water restoration operations. The role requires hands-on field work, team leadership, and ensuring safety and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, IICRC certifications, and strong customer service skills. This position offers growth opportunities and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT, CCT, AMRT certifications are preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of water restoration and carpet cleaning ops experience.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Xactimate, CRM and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of carpet cleaning and water restoration departments.
• Manage and schedule teams for efficient execution of services.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure IICRC and company standards.
• Perform field work assisting teams with cleaning/restoration when needed.
• Train and mentor staff on techniques, safety and equipment use.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper safety documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to set and achieve operational goals.
