Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in water restoration and carpet cleaning operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the carpet cleaning and water restoration teams.
• Schedule teams for efficient project execution.
• Conduct quality control inspections per IICRC standards and company protocols.
• Perform field work to assist with cleaning/restoration jobs to maintain quality.
• Train and mentor staff on techniques, safety procedures, and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring communication and satisfaction.
• Work with upper management to set and achieve operational goals and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and implement new procedures to streamline operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure resources are ready and in good order.
• Oversee reporting and documentation for projects, including work orders and billing.
