The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and compliant, efficient operations. This leadership position includes monitoring safety, vendor relationships, and accounting duties while driving profitability and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group.
• Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and learning internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control, expense reviews and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards and safety compliance.
