Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Denton, TX seeks an Operations Manager for 2nd shift to oversee warehouse operations, staffing, and program execution. You will manage inbound/outbound workflow, coordinate space and equipment, and drive performance to meet client SLAs.

The role requires 7 years in logistics with 5 years in supervision, strong leadership, and safety culture. Full-time, with a 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures varying from warm to cold.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume, space utilization and equipment needs.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to SOPs and client SLAs.
• Communicate with senior management and clients on operational performance.
