Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Manager for the 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am, Mon-Fri) at the Denton, USA facility. You will supervise warehousing, receiving and shipping, and drive inbound/outbound planning aligned to client SLAs and cost objectives.

You will lead hiring, training and performance reviews, and promote continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7 years' experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site Operations including warehousing, receiving and shipping.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume, space utilization, and equipment management.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and development.
• Lead safety, quality and SOP compliance across the operation.
• Communicate with senior management and clients regarding KPI outcomes.
