Job summary

Training, coaching, and forklift operation are key components of daily duties. Responsibilities include supervising associates, coordinating shipments, and maintaining compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.
• Satisfactory completion of forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments per SOPs.
• Load orders accurately according to doors and trailers; verify inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Ensure all activities meet quality standards and document discrepancies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse; participate in safety meetings.
• Direct the warehouse team to meet productivity and accuracy targets and assist with scheduling.
