Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining ISO-level operation guidelines, coordinating daily cycle counts, and ensuring safe, accurate handling of freight while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong ability to schedule and coordinate tasks.
• Focus on metrics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics including communication to internal and external customers.
• Develop and monitor productivity standards.
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules.
• Coordinate daily cycle counts.
• Develop and maintain training requirements for all employees.
• Routing trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed.
• Load and unload trucks when necessary.
• Check in and breakdown import freight when necessary.
• Write up documentation for exporting freight when necessary.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Provide customer service to prevent and resolve errors.
• Other duties as assigned.
