Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience, Preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced, Required.
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner, Required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Ensure policies and processes are followed to optimize costs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, status updates, and technician work planning.
