Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year+ in customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality customer interface and proactive management to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads while following policy to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician planning for efficiency.
