Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree required.
• > 1 year+ customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
• > Strong PC skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
• > Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• > Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• > Coordinate with rental to maximize utilization without impacting lease customers.
• > Collaborate with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• > Monitor running costs and maintenance overheads and ensure policy adherence.
• > Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to satisfy customers.
• > Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; plan technician work efficiently.
