Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year in customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills, including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality customer interface and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental dept to maximize utilization.
• Partner with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads per policy.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate PM scheduling, follow-up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician planning.
