Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to relocate within region after program.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work long, active days on the dock with frontline teams.
• Rotate through 12-month Management Training across field ops, linehaul, maintenance, and support.
• Participate in CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn and perform foundational duties of each rotation.
• Complete leadership training to prepare for dock leadership post-program.
• Collaborate with supervisors, dockworkers and field leaders for hands-on ops.
• Regularly communicate with the program and reporting managers.
