Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across dock, linehaul, maintenance and support functions.
• Learn and perform foundational job functions for each rotation.
• Complete CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Engage in leadership training to prepare for frontline supervisor roles.
• Work with freight operations supervisors and field leaders to gain hands-on experience.
• Communicate with program manager, mentor and reporting manager regularly.
