Job summary

XPO is offering an Operations Management Trainee program in the United States. This 12-month rotational program targets candidates with limited or no LTL or transportation operations experience and aims to develop frontline leaders across dock, linehaul, maintenance, and support functions.

Participants complete CDL and forklift training, pursue leadership development, and graduate to Freight Operations Supervisors in their region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Willingness to relocate within region after program completion.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a 12-month Management Training rotational program across major functions.
• Learn foundational job functions and leadership steps for dock leadership.
• Complete CDL and forklift certification during the program.
• Work with frontline teams in a physically demanding environment.
• Meet weekly goals and milestones with continuous feedback.
