XPO is offering an Operations Management Trainee program in the United States. The 12-month rotational training pathway develops capabilities across dock operations, field operations, maintenance and support functions, with CDL and forklift certification during the program.

Successful trainees progress toward frontline leadership roles in the region. This entry-level opportunity emphasizes hands-on experience, leadership training, and a pathway to supervisory roles within XPO's freight

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to balance operational demands with learning new skills quickly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within region after program completion.
• Preferred: degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or Business.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects or athletics.
• Experience on a dock or field operations environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Work long, active days primarily on the dock with frontline teams.
• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across major functions including field ops, linehaul, maintenance and support.
• Join the internal CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn foundational job functions and responsibilities for each rotation.
• Complete leadership training to prepare for frontline leadership on the dock.
• Collaborate with freight operations supervisors and field leaders to gain hands-on experience.
• Report progress to the program manager, reporting manager and mentor.
• Meet weekly goals and milestones, and proactively learn XPO operations.
