Job summary

XPO is offering an Operations Management Trainee program in the United States. This 12-month rotational training is designed for candidates with limited or no prior LTL or transportation operations experience.

The program includes CDL and forklift certification, leadership training, and hands-on docking experience alongside frontline teams, with potential promotion to Freight Operations Supervisors after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• High level of stamina, adaptability and grit.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within region upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Expect long, active days primarily on the dock with frontline teams.
• Participate in a 12-month Management Training operations rotational program across major functions.
• Participate in CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn and perform the foundational job functions of each rotation.
• Complete leadership training to prepare for frontline leadership on the dock.
