Job summary

XPO is offering an Operations Management Trainee program in the United States with a 12-month rotation across dock operations, linehaul, maintenance and support functions. Qualifications

• 12-month rotational training program for entry-level candidates with limited or no LTL or transportation operations experience.
• CDL and forklift certifications required during the program.
• Complete field rotations across major functions including field operations, linehaul, maintenance, and support functions.
• Capstone project and presentation at conclusion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Work on a dock with frontline teams in a physically demanding environment.
• Participate in a 12-month rotational training program across operations functions.
• Attend CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn and perform foundational job functions for each rotation and complete leadership training.
