Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking an Operations Management Trainee for the 2nd shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm. You will support shop management and contribute to cost savings, customer retention, and metric-driven initiatives.

You will collaborate across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality and Rental, coordinating with maintenance and sales staff to optimize costs, schedules, and customer satisfaction while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year-plus of customer service with issue resolution experience.
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Aufgaben

• Maintain strong customer interface and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates.
