Ryder System, Inc. in Greensboro is seeking an Operations Management Trainee for the 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm). You will support shop management, drive cost savings, improve customer retention, and advance metric-based initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental to optimize processes and service levels. Relocation within the business unit is required after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year+ in customer service with issue resolution.
• Advanced PC skills with spreadsheets and word processing.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental to maximize utilization for lease customers.
• Collaborate with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Ensure policies are followed to optimize costs and overhead.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; manage technician planning.
