Job summary

Target is offering an Operations Internship in a supply chain facility. This paid 40 hr/week program trains you to lead, motivate and influence a team while learning how Target’s operations run across inbound/outbound and warehousing.

You’ll work closely with mentors to build leadership skills and drive daily performance. You will develop problem-solving and team leadership abilities, with extensive training, safety emphasis, and opportunities to grow within a Fortune 50 retailer’s supply chain

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations with team members and mentors.
• Plan daily goals and organize shift plans to achieve targets.
• Provide summary of results around plan attainment and learnings to move forward.
• Conduct safety walks and audits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
