Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Process Architect to design and scale cross-functional business processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Deployments. You will document workflows, partner with system architects, and drive system changes to unlock execution while ensuring durable, scalable solutions that support rapid hardware deployment.

Qualifications

Proven track record of high ownership and execution from concept to durable operation.
Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
Strong systems thinking for end-to-end process design and impacts.
Background in qualitative and quantitative analysis guiding process design.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication across hierarchies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cross-functional processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Operations, Finance, Product, and Deployments.
Partner with System Architects and PMs to identify and drive system changes.
Architect scalable processes that grow with the business and increase value.
Visually document workflows from start to finish for stakeholder alignment.
Root-cause problems with business teams and implement process-based solutions for hardware deployment.
