Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Operations Training & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and assessment of operations training across classrooms, on-job, and online platforms. You will partner with SMEs and field leaders to close performance gaps and align programs with business and client needs.

You will facilitate engaging sessions, build strong relationships, and support broader L&D initiatives while managing multiple projects and travel up to 50% as required.

This role’s emphasis is to create, drive, and facilitate Operations skills and responsibilities in our account’s current and future learning and development programs, workshops, and courses – in-person, virtual, and online. This includes coordinating and overseeing on-job-training components. Success in role is someone who has RME Operations leadership experience, preferably in Amazon 3P RME environment, with strong facilitation skills and who connects easily with learners in different leadership roles.
