Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the company’s workforce development strategy across field operations, project management, safety, and quality. You will own the LMS governance, create scalable training pathways, and collaborate with operations and executive leadership to align programs with business goals.

The role requires strong adult learning expertise, project management, and the ability to drive continuous learning across multiple sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, OD, HR, Business, Construction Management).
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or Workforce Development.
• Experience leading L&D in construction/industrial or field-intensive environments.
• Ability to translate technical processes into structured learning programs.
• Experience managing L&D personnel and LMS governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide workforce development strategy.
• Lead LMS governance, course structure, and reporting.
• Identify training needs with operations and leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, technical, safety, and leadership training.
• Coach and develop the L&D team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
