Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to lead strategy, onboarding, and leadership programs. You will steer needs assessments, design scalable learning solutions, and collaborate with leaders, HR, and partners to drive measurable impact.

The role oversees a dispersed L&D team, shapes training paths for key roles, and facilitates programs across Direct Line and Data Center Solutions. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, education, HR, organizational development, business, or related field preferred.
• 8–12 years progressive experience in learning and development, onboarding, or leadership development.
• At least 5 years formal people-management experience, including hiring and coaching.
• 5+ years leading complex projects from discovery to implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, assessment, and program evaluation; CPTD/CPTM/PMP preferred.
• Ability to influence across functions and present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and operations to deliver scalable, high-quality programs.
• Drive onboarding, technical training, job-skills development, and leadership programs.
• Guide complex learning initiatives from discovery to implementation with stakeholders.
• Develop and lead the L&D team across geographically dispersed locations.
