Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel; AS400 background helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate when trainee program ends.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift manager's training as an understudy with an experienced manager or supervisor.
• Train on forklift operations across service center.
• Participate in ODTDT program to obtain CDL license.
• Fill in as a supervisor on various shifts and departments.
• Develop new indicators and process improvements.
• Maintain records of efficiency, quality, cost, and loads in systems.
