Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in WORD and EXCEL; AS400 experience helpful.
• Willing to relocate after trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift manager training under an experienced supervisor.
• Learn forklift operations and production tasks across service centers.
• Assume supervisory duties on multiple shifts and departments.
• Support safety, quality, efficiency, and service goals.
• Travel ~15% to other centers to observe operations.
