Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good communications skills, both oral and written.
• AS400 background helpful.
• Solid work history and professional appearance.
• Willingness to relocate after trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift manager’s training as an understudy with an experienced manager or supervisor.
• Participate in forklift training and production exercises on all service center jobs.
• Learn to obtain CDL via OD Truck Driving Training program.
• Fill in as supervisor on various shifts and departments.
• Develop new indicators and implement process improvements.
