Job summary

JBS USA offers a 12-month Trainee Program designed to provide immersive leadership experience across all production sectors at multiple domestic locations. Rotations expose you to harvest and fabrication floors, operations support, and continuous improvement initiatives for safety and quality.

Participants benefit from hands-on leadership development, KPI-focused projects, and a final placement into a leadership role. Relocation flexibility and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more is required.
• Willingness to relocate and work different shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through every business sector of the location to gain hands-on knowledge of production processes.
• Support the operations team to maintain safety, quality, cost and customer service goals.
• Shadow production supervisors and learn day-to-day responsibilities.
• Identify bottlenecks, secure resources, and implement improvements aligned with KPI targets.
• Complete a capstone project that impacts KPIs and the bottom line.
• Participate in Leadership Development Training sessions at the U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO.
