Job summary

JBS USA offers a 12-month Quality Assurance Management Trainee program at one of our 60+ domestic locations, featuring hands-on rotations across production sectors and a focus on food safety and QA practices. You will support the QA team and participate in leadership development activities to build real-world leadership experience.

Final placement aims at a leadership role, with opportunities to learn and contribute within a culturally diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Rotations: spend time in every business sector of the location.
• Support the QA team and learn GMP/SSOP/HACCP protocols.
• Gain working knowledge of food safety and quality assurance testing procedures.
• Participate in food safety team and USDA meetings.
• Final placement into a leadership role after program completion.
