Job summary

JBS USA in the United States is launching a 12-month Quality Assurance Management Trainee program designed to give immersive leadership experience through rotations across the location's business sectors and hands-on QA exposure. The program covers GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and food safety testing, with participation in USDA meetings and exposure to customer relations and claims procedures.

Three Leadership Development Training sessions will be conducted at the corporate U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Spends rotations across all business sectors of the location to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Supports the QA team and learns GMP, SSOP, and HACCP protocols.
• Gains knowledge of food safety testing procedures and participates in USDA meetings.
• Familiarizes with customer relations and claims procedures.
• Collaborates with the quality assurance team to understand how roles support the facility.
• Completes a KPI-aligned project impacting the bottom line.
• Participates in three Leadership Development Training sessions at our corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement in a leadership role after the program's last four months.
