Job summary

JBS USA invites ambitious graduates to join a 12-month Quality Assurance Management Trainee program designed to provide immersive leadership experience across a multi-site production environment.

Rotations cover all business sectors, with hands-on QA work, GMP/SSOP/HACCP exposure, USDA meetings, and a capstone project tied to KPIs; relocation is available, and base salary ranges from $64,500 to $68,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Rotations: learn and work in every business sector of your location.
• Support the QA team.
• Further understanding of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP protocols.
• Gain knowledge of food safety and quality assurance testing procedures.
• Participate in food safety team and USDA meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with customer relations and complaint procedures (claims).
• Work with the quality assurance team to understand roles in the facility.
• Complete a KPI-driven project with impact on KPIs and the bottom line.
• Participate in Leadership Development Training sessions at the corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement: last 4 months of the program for potential leadership role.
