Job summary

JBS USA is seeking candidates for the Pilgrim's Operations Management Trainee program. This 12-month leadership track offers hands-on rotations across all production sectors at one of our domestic locations, with real-world leadership exposure and a path toward a leadership role.

Participants will rotate through operations, participate in training sessions at our US headquarters, and complete a capstone project tied to KPI performance. Relocation is available where needed to support placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
• Willingness to relocate
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all business sectors at the location
• Support operations team and shadow supervisors
• Contribute to continuous improvement and meet production schedules
• Complete a capstone project aligned with KPIs and participate in Leadership Development Training
