Job summary

JBS USA is recruiting for a 12‑month Quality Assurance Management Trainee program in the United States. The role provides immersive rotations across all production sectors with hands‑on QA experience and leadership development.

You will work with the QA team, gain knowledge of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP, and participate in USDA meetings. Final placement aims at a leadership role within the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all business sectors at the location.
• Support the QA team and learn GMP, SSOP, and HACCP protocols.
• Gain working knowledge of food safety and quality assurance testing procedures.
• Participate in food safety team and USDA meetings.
• Complete a KPI‑driven project.
• Three leadership development trainings at the corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement into a leadership role after the program.
