Job summary

JBS USA invites applicants to join its 12-month Quality Assurance Management Trainee program in Minnesota. You will rotate through all production sectors at one of our 60+ domestic locations, gaining firsthand leadership experience and understanding how each area supports the overall production strategy.

Participants will support the QA team, learn GMP, SSOP and HACCP protocols, and engage in food-safety testing, USDA meetings, and KPI-driven projects. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to relocate and work different shifts, including weekends.
• Aligned with JBS core values and culture.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all production sectors to learn positions, equipment and processes.
• Support the QA team and learn GMP, SSOP and HACCP protocols.
• Gain knowledge of food safety and QA testing procedures.
• Participate in food safety team and USDA meetings.
• Engage in customer relations and claims processes.
• Collaborate with QA to understand how roles support the facility.
• Complete a KPI‑driven project with real impact on the operation.
• Attend Leadership Development Training sessions at our corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement in a leadership role after the last 4 months of training.
