Job summary

JBS USA in the United States offers a 12-month Quality Assurance Management Trainee program designed to immerse you in leadership across a location’s production sectors. You will work with the QA team, learn GMP/SSOP/HACCP, and participate in food safety testing and USDA meetings.

You will complete a capstone project tied to KPIs and attend Leadership Development Training at our U.S. HQ in Greeley, CO, with potential final placement into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to relocate and work different shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all business sectors of the location to gain hands-on knowledge of production processes.
• Support the QA team and learn GMP, SSOP, and HACCP protocols.
• Gain working knowledge of food safety and quality assurance testing procedures; participate in USDA meetings.
• Familiarize with customer relations and complaint procedures (claims).
• Collaborate with QA to understand how roles support the facility.
• Complete a capstone project aligned with KPIs affecting the bottom line.
• Attend Leadership Development Training sessions at the corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO; potential final placement in a leadership role.
