JBS USA is seeking a 2027 Quality Assurance Management Trainee for a 12-month immersive program across 60+ domestic locations. You will rotate through production sectors, assist QA, and learn GMP, SSOP and HACCP while gaining hands-on food safety experience.

Three leadership trainings occur at the U.S. HQ in Greeley, CO, with final placement into a leadership role. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (GPA 2.5+), be able to lift 50 lbs, and be willing to relocate and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to relocate and work different shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Rotations across production sectors to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Assist the QA team and learn GMP, SSOP and HACCP protocols.
• Gain experience in food safety testing procedures and USDA meetings.
• Participate in customer relation and claims processes.
• Complete a KPI-driven project impacting the facility's performance.
• Attend three Leadership Development Training sessions at HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement into a leadership role after program completion.
