Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking high‑potential graduates for its three‑year Operations Leadership Program (OLP). The program includes three 12‑month rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida.

Associates will relocate between rotations, gaining exposure to supply chain, quality, EH&S and manufacturing while building a broad, cross‑functional network and receiving guidance from Operations Leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management or construction.
• Master’s Degree Candidate currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be ≥ 3.0.
• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Must start in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Engage people, strategize and deploy initiatives in operations.
• Three 12-month rotations across NC, IN, GA, TN, TX and/or FL.
• Relocate between rotations as required.
• Build a cross-functional network and develop an operations platform.
• Receive mentoring from Carrier Operations Leaders.
• Work with engagement teams to improve the program quality.
