White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee as part of our Career Development Program. You will engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development over a 12-18 month period to accelerate your career in operations.

The program includes rotational assignments across the branch, dedicated mentors, and a structured curriculum focused on operations, customer service, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus and ability to partner with customers.
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Participates in rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Receives inclusive career experience with dedicated resources for long-term success.
• Follows a tailored learning curriculum with leadership and operations training.
• Receives support from regional advocate, mentor, and process coaches.
• Gains exposure to senior leadership and presents a capstone project.
