You will rotate through harvest and fabrication floors, shadow production supervisors, and work toward a final placement in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• GPA 2.5 or higher
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to relocate
• Willingness to work different shifts including weekends
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Rotations: learn in every business sector of the location to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Support the operations team and work on both harvest and fabrication floors.
• Ensure efficient operations with a culture of continuous improvement and food safety compliance.
• Maintain product quality and meet customer expectations during production.
• Create an environment where team members are actively involved and recognized.
• Identify bottlenecks, ensure resources are available, and drive improvements.
• Implement solutions to production issues and bottlenecks.
• Build relationships with hourly team members and shadow production supervisors.
• Anticipate delays and take actions to meet schedules.
• Complete a challenging KPI-aligned project with business impact.
• Participate in Leadership Development Training sessions at HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement in a leadership role after the program's hands-on training
