Avis Budget Group is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Honolulu, Hawaii. After an eight‑week training, you’ll move into a supervisory role across daily operations and sales, aiming to maximize fleet, revenue, and customer satisfaction while guiding staff.

We value leadership, teamwork, and the ability to make independent decisions. A valid driver’s license is required, and the role includes on‑site work with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred.
• This position requires regular, on‑site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• After completing the eight‑week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management.
• You’ll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.
