POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of pool, irrigation and landscape products, invites applicants to join the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program. This 6-month on-site program provides guided training across distribution center operations, purchasing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline with GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Experience in a leadership and/or problem solving role.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program; 25% travel max; ability to work in a distribution warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors/vendors and customers to learn our pool, irrigation and landscaping business.
• Deliver a comprehensive presentation to senior management on MIT program completion.
