Avis Budget Group is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Hawaii to join a structured, hands-on program. After an eight-week training, you will supervise daily operations and sales to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Regular on-site presence; outdoor work in varying weather and moderate noise.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
