Job summary

Avis Budget Group is offering an Operations Management Trainee program at our airport locations. You will rotate across Sales, Logistics and Customer Service during an eight‑week training period to build a strong operational foundation.

Post-training, you will move into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations or sales. The program includes mentorship and clear paths to Operations Manager and future leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or associate’s degree and customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to work collaboratively.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core operational functions during the eight‑week training program.
• Learn how decisions affect fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and staff performance.
• After training, transition into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations or sales.
• Mentorship provided with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
