Aufgaben

• Work on a physically and operationally demanding dock environment.
• Participate in a 12-month Management Training operations rotational program across major functions (1–5 weeks per rotation).
• Complete CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn and perform foundation functions of each rotational assignment.
• Deliver leadership training at key points to prepare for frontline leadership.
