Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer interface and proactive management to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental department for maximum utilization with lease customers.
• Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policy compliance to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; plan technician work.
