Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheets and word processing; advanced skills required.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics for roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with proactive management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental dept to maximize utilization while supporting lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; plan technician work.
• Relate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
