Ryder is seeking a Rental Management Trainee to be completed in 18–24 months, providing training across Finance, Operations, HR and Sales/Marketing while supporting location and regional management.

The program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit, with responsibilities in sales processing, data maintenance, asset management and customer relations, fostering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar related degree.
• One year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Reconcile customer concerns and disputes to grow the customer base.
